CREATING SPACE FOR HONEST REFLECTION, DEEPER CONNECTION, AND PURPOSEFUL LIVING.
LIVING ON PURPOSE
Why I Speak
These talks are designed to help audiences move from feeling lost in the roles they play to living on purpose, rooted in who they truly are.
Many people are living good lives… but not connected ones.
They are faithful spouses. Responsible parents. Reliable leaders. Devoted believers. Yet beneath the roles, something begins to feel quietly disconnected.
Not because they don’t believe in God.
Not because they’ve lost their desire to live well.
But because somewhere along the way, they stopped listening.
They learned how to do what they thought they were supposed to do.
How to wear the hats.
How to meet the needs.
How to keep moving.
And in all that doing, they slowly lost touch with their design, their identity, and the daily rhythm that keeps them connected to God and to themselves.
That’s why I speak.
Through story, reflection, and the contemplative practices found in Momma Bear Meditations, I create space for people to slow down, ask honest questions, and reconnect with the Presence of God in a way that feels personal, grounding, and real.
These talks are designed to help audiences move from feeling lost in the roles they play to living led from who they truly are.
Whether speaking to churches, retreats, women’s gatherings, or leadership groups, my hope is the same: that people leave with greater clarity, deeper connection, and a practical rhythm for living on purpose—connected to God and to themselves.
Speaking Topics
The Spiritual Cost of Autopilot
Rediscovering Your Design and Purpose
Many people are faithfully showing up in life—serving their families, their work, and their faith—yet still feel a quiet disconnect inside.
Over time, expectations, responsibilities, and roles can pull us into autopilot, where we begin living according to what we think we should be rather than who we were uniquely designed to be.
In this talk, Jenny explores the spiritual cost of drifting away from our original design and how reconnecting with God’s voice helps us rediscover our true purpose. Through reflection and story, audiences are invited to pause, notice where autopilot has taken over, and awaken again to the life they were created to live.
The Crowded Soul
When more knowledge isn’t the answer.
We live in a world overflowing with information. Books, podcasts, sermons, and endless voices promising clarity if we simply learn a little more.
Yet many people feel more overwhelmed than ever.
Not because they lack knowledge, but because their souls have become crowded with it.
In this talk, Jenny explores how accumulated knowledge can crowd the soul and disconnect us from the deeper awareness of our identity and God’s presence. Through reflection and the contemplative practices found in Momma Bear Meditations, audiences are invited to gently declutter the inner landscape—making space again for understanding, connection, and the quiet awareness that God is already near.
From ADD to LED
Moving from scattered and distracted to guided and grounded.
Modern life pulls our attention in a hundred directions. Many people feel scattered, distracted, and unsure of where to focus their energy.
But the answer isn’t doing more—it’s learning to live with a daily rhythm that creates space for clarity and direction.
In this talk, Jenny shares simple contemplative practices that help people slow down, reconnect with God’s presence, and develop a sustainable day-to-day rhythm for being led.
Through the framework of Momma Bear Meditations, audiences learn practical ways to move from feeling overwhelmed and pulled in every direction to living with greater focus, intention, and spiritual guidance.
Any of Jenny’s talks can be thoughtfully customized to meet the unique needs of your audience.
Whether you’re gathering a church, leadership team, women’s event, or retreat, these conversations invite people to rediscover their design, reconnect with their identity, and develop a daily rhythm for living led instead of lost.
